Your access to Swap Language depends on your subscription.

How your access works

Swap Language is available to paying subscribers.

Your available features depend on your plan:

• Essential
• Speak Pro
• Business Pro

If you have a personal subscription, your access is linked to the plan you have purchased.

Trials may be available for Essential and Speak Pro. 

If you have Business Pro, your access is provided through your company and may depend on your company’s setup.

What can I access?

The features available in your account depend on your plan.

For example, some plans include self-study and AI practice, while others also include speaking lessons.

If you are unsure which features are included in your plan, you can check your subscription details or contact Support.

Having trouble accessing your account?

If you cannot access your account or a feature that should be available to you, contact Support.

When you contact us, include:

• What you are trying to access
• What happens when you try
• Any error message you see

This helps us investigate the issue faster.

Need to make changes to your subscription?

Subscription changes, billing, and cancellation are handled separately from account access.
