Having trouble joining your lesson? Try these steps
Trouble joining your Swap Language speaking lesson? Follow these quick steps to fix common connection issues.
If your lesson isn’t loading, don’t worry. Most connection issues are quick to fix.
Start with the steps below.
1. Refresh the page
Close the lesson and open it again.
2. Check your internet connection
Make sure you’re on stable Wi-Fi.
3. Try another browser
Use the latest version of:

Chrome
-
Safari
-
Edge
4. Allow camera and microphone access
Check that your browser allows access to both.
5. Close other video apps
Zoom, Teams, or other apps can block your camera.
Close them fully before trying again.
6. Go incognito
This turns off browser extensions and ignores stored cookies or cached data that might be causing issues.
If your lesson has already started
Refresh once more and re-enter the session.
