How to join (Step-by-step)
1. Log in to the platform and enter 'Language Hub'
When you are logged in, you can access the Language Hub connected to your organization.
Click ‘Language hub’ in the navigation bar in the top.
2. Join the lesson from the Language Hub
When you are on the Language hub, you can enter the lessons from two places.
The first place you can enter the lesson from is on the Language hub page.
3. Join the lesson from the calendar
Or you can go to your Swap Language Calendar. Click ‘Calendar’ in the navigation bar on the left
side of your screen.
And then you find the lesson event and click ‘join’
4. Allow camera and microphone access
Your browser will ask for permission. Click Allow so you can participate fully.
5. Enter the lession
You’ll be placed directly into your lesson room. Your teacher and group will be there.
What to expect
You can join a few minutes before the lesson starts.
If you arrive early, you may see a waiting screen until the teacher begins.

Speaking lessons are available to users enrolled in live sessions.
If your company is paying for your course, this is included in your plan.
