Can I reschedule or change my speaking lesson?

If you have Speak Pro

Individual speaking lessons cannot be rescheduled or cancelled.

If you need to change your regular weekly day or time, you can go to 'My Account' --> 'My group', and click the 'Find new group' button. You can change time and group once every 4 weeks.

If none of the suggested groups fit your schedule, please contact Support.

A change can be considered for your next billing cycle, as long as you contact us at least 10 days before the next billing cycle.

This gives us time to manage the group and plan your new lesson time.

If you have Business Pro

Business Pro speaking lessons can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the lesson starts.

If you want to reschedule, contact your group and teacher as early as possible.

Everyone in the group needs to agree on the new time. If a new time cannot be agreed, the lesson stays as planned.

What if I cannot attend?

If you cannot attend a lesson, the lesson may still take place for the rest of your group.
