What happens if my teacher is sick?

If your teacher is sick, Swap Language will first try to find a substitute teacher.

If a substitute teacher is available

Your speaking lesson will take place as planned with the substitute teacher.

If a substitute teacher is not available

Swap Language will let you know that your teacher is sick.

The lesson will then be moved to another suitable time within the next 1 to 2 weeks.
