What happens if you miss a lesson?

What happens if you miss a speaking lesson depends on your plan.

If you have Speak Pro

If you miss your speaking lesson, the lesson will still take place for the rest of your group.

Speak Pro lessons cannot be individually rescheduled or cancelled.

Speak Pro lessons are not recorded, so you will not be able to watch the lesson afterwards.

If you need to change your regular weekly lesson day or time, please contact Support.

If you have Business Pro

If you miss a Business Pro speaking lesson without rescheduling at least 24 hours before the lesson starts, the lesson will still take place as planned.

The teacher and the rest of the group will continue with the lesson.

Business Pro speaking lessons are recorded, so you can watch the recording afterwards.
